Click on the Add new question button.
Enter your question. You can also add a description for the question.

Add options for your question. You can add up to 8 options for a question.
Type
/in the description or option fields to access advanced text formatting options. Mark the expected correct answer by clicking on the checkmark.
If your question has multiple correct answers, you can mark multiple options as correct by enabling the Allow multiple correct answers.
You can add an image to your question and options by clicking the Upload image button.
You can change how the question is shown to users by clicking the List and Card buttons at the top to switch between the layouts.
An answer explanation can be added by clicking on the Add answer explanation button. This explanation will be shown to the users after they submit the quiz, to encourage further learning.
Once you're happy with your question, click on the Save changes or Save & add new question button.
