NeetoQuiz supports two types of access control:
-
Sign-in required quizzes.
Users will need to sign in before they can attempt the quiz. In this mode, their names are stored, allowing you to track their progress, scores, and other information related to the quiz.
-
Public quizzes. (Sign-in not required)
It means that the quiz is accessible to anyone without requiring them to sign in. In this mode, users can freely attempt the quiz without creating an account or providing any identifying information. As a result, their submissions will be anonymous, and their individual progress or scores will not be displayed to you.
To ensure that sign-in is required for attempting a quiz:
Go to the Configure tab.
Click on Quiz settings.
Toggle Enable login switch.
Making a quiz sign-in required allows you to enable some additional features, like:
Ability to view and evaluate individual submissions.
Proctoring settings: Force full-screen mode, prevent copy-paste, and more.
Allowing or disallowing re-attempts by the same user.
Receiving email notifications every time a submission is made.
A summary of all the responses will be generated, regardless of whether the quiz requires sign-in or not, which includes metrics like Number of submissions, Completion percentage, Average time taken, and more.
